“We hired them to do a septic inspection for a house we bought. The inspection was great, but it took almost a week and multiple unanswered phone calls to get the report back. When I finally did get the report, it was an empty email with a picture of the report and a picture of the bill. There was no link to pay and there is no option to pay a bill on their website. It took another few days of unanswered texts and calls to figure out how to pay them. Just a huge pain trying to get details that should have been provided to me in the first place.
