“Great service and incredibly nice to deal with. They installed a complete septic unit, water, electric, driveway, RV pad and did some excavation. Initially, we experienced a ton of rain when they were supposed to start, pushing back the project a few months, but Ryan and his crew made up for delays, and you can always reach them, as their communication with you is terrific. They were very helpful in finding cost solutions to keep the price reasonable and at the end of the day completed everything under budget and the quality of work was outstanding. I will need some foundation work in the near future and will certainly be calling them for that project!”

“We are new owners of a 5 year old home and got quite a shock when both toilets stopped flushing. Nick, owner of Mainline Plumbing, arrived at dark during a bad thunderstorm on a Friday night. He dug up and lifted the lid off of the septic tank. The tank was full and had a thick layer of grease on top. Apparently the prior owners had a habit of pouring grease down the sink! ƁIG NO NO! We were fortunate to have contacted Tennessee Septic who responded to our request, and was able to send two of its wonderful employees out early, 7:00 AM, on Saturday to pump out the tank.
