“We hired them to do a septic inspection for a house we bought. The inspection was great, but it took almost a week and multiple unanswered phone calls to get the report back. When I finally did get the report, it was an empty email with a picture of the report and a picture of the bill. There was no link to pay and there is no option to pay a bill on their website. It took another few days of unanswered texts and calls to figure out how to pay them. Just a huge pain trying to get details that should have been provided to me in the first place. I'm sure they do good work and are kind enough, just very unresponsive and in my opinion pretty unprofessional.”

“I can not emphasize enough: Do not hire this company!! I hired this co about 3 months ago to empty my septic tank. I was not having any problems with it at that time. Ever since they were here, every time it rains, my house smells like the inside of a septic tank!!! I have to leave the house because the fumes are so bad!! And I have been trying for 3 months to get them to return my calls!!! I even had someone else call from a different cell phone, they answered that call, but as soon as my name and address were given, they were all of a sudden too busy, and now won't answer that phone number either!!!”
