They quickly responded to our appointment request, and sent two of the most friendly, professional and knowledgeable servicemen we've ever had in our home (Ryan and Jason, Chattanooga area). They not only did an awesome job on the repair/clean-up, but also took the time to talk to us about different areas of concern around the house, discussed options/services, answered questions... and all without being the typical "pushy salesmen". They made us feel comfortable enough to make our own educated decision regarding our repair options (shower temp. issue), and overall left a great impression on us with their excellent customer service and communication. Kudos to these two gentleman for going above and beyond with everything they did today. We will 100% be calling Metro again for any future service needs. Thanks again, guys!”
