“Excellent service while trying to save money where he could. My visit with David coming turned into an emergency visit due to a faucet failure that he was glad to stick around until it was fixed. Plumber was skilled in awareness, not an alarmist at all that could happen if I didn’t listen to him, and relatable in how he conceived of the problem. Great in a fix but any emergency will be pricey (of course).”

“We had Scenic City Plumbing come out today and install a frost-free spigot in the backyard. Skiles and Travis were excellent. They did great work cutting a very clean and precise hole in the drywall, were very proficient installing the spigot and confirming there were no leaks, and were very patient answering all my questions. I appreciated they wore floor-protectors over their shoes when in the house, and everything was cleaned up before they left. Scenic City Plumbing - you are STILL my go-to plumbing company. Skiles and Travis - you both ROCK!! UPDATE (separate appointment) I had Greg Kerby out today from Scenic City Plumbing to fix a leaking outside frost-free spigot. He was able to get the handle off (screw was rusted) and replaced the washer…no more leaks! I had Greg out last year for replacing our bathroom faucets and install pop-up drains. He did great work, installation, cleanup. I am always happy with Greg’s work. And he doesn’t mind answering all my questions. Thanks again Scenic City Plumbing. Greg ROCKS!”

He actually listened to my issue and took into careful consideration my previous actions to immediately zero-in on the actual problem which did not originate in the tankless water heater at all - it was driven by a faulty water pressure regulator under the house. He changed said regulator in record time and quickly fixed the issue my efforts had failed to remedy. I’ll request him by name in the future. Great service.”
