“We are so grateful for Hometown for being educated on septic systems like ours.. which honestly may just be a normal septic tank! Idk! Either way 2 people we had out had no idea there was another tank and how the system even worked. They added pipes and clean outs & it didn’t seem to fix the issue. So here we are on our 3rd try! We got our tank pumped at a reasonable price and learned a lot more about our septic system. We will definitely be calling them for any septic issues from now on!”

“I had another company come out and tell me our septic tank was almost two feet deep and would require an excavator to dig it up. They quoted me $2,300 total: Empty tank: $450 Excavation: $800 Risers (x2): $1,000 This was our first time having the tank pumped since moving in, and that price didn’t sit right with me, so I called around. The next company I called was Hometown. They told me they dig up to two feet as part of their normal service, and the total cost would be $525. They showed up on time, dug it up, and emptied the tank in under an hour. The crew was professional, answered all my questions, and didn’t try to upsell me unnecessary work. Huge difference in price and experience. I’ll definitely be using Hometown moving forward and would highly recommend them.”
