Big T's septic tank service

“We had a blocked septic system and desperately trying to get it fixed during this cold snap. We called Big-T and others to get a pump out as well - we chose another service only because they could get to us sooner. Despite that, Troy came over today, just to try and help us with the drain and helped for an hour. While we are quite there yet, I’m very impressed with Troy. Appreciate the willingness to help during some very cold weather.”

“I called and he showed up that day. He then said well I need to put this off, let me check my calendar. I called the next day since I heard nothing and he said let me check my calendar and get back with you. No call back. I called again the next week and same story. The fourth time he said he would come today to pump it which was last week. It is the afternoon and no word and no show, I called and said don’t bother. I can’t attest to his work since he did not pump my tank and did not show. My yard is level. My septic tank lid is buried within inches of the soil barely covered with dirt. You literally can take a rod and punch the dirt and strike the metal cap of the septic tank. Here is a photo of the dead grass since it’s so shallow with dirt and it dies easily on top of the metal cap every summer.”
