They could easily charge us a premium for a weekend service call, but they don't. They are compassionate and understand the frustration and panic when your septic tank backs up. I am so grateful for them and will call on them for all of my septic needs in the future.”

“Tech came and pumped my tank. He explained that he hit the baffle ,it broke and fell to the bottom of the tank. I wrote this incident on the onvoice and contacted the office about replacing the baffle, I was told that they would not and that it is not needed. I contact several septic tank and field line companies with questions about the what a bafles does and if dislodged should it be replaced. All said yes. it keeps the solids from entering the field lines. Very disappointaed they are refusing to repairtheir damage.”
