“Garbage service. Garbage customer service. Septic tank location service call. $150. Two guys came out and drove a rod for about 25-30 minutes. Clean out was exposed but they don’t carry cameras to scope the pipe to find the tank? …Didn’t find it. Had to blow up their customer service number to get someone to come back out to scope the clean out. Didn’t hear back from them for about 5 days. Called on the 5th day, no one called back. The next morning they called at 8am to tell me someone was coming back out. The tech called 2 minutes later to say he was on the way. How is no heads up of an “onsite” acceptable? Dude didn’t run a camera down the still exposed clean out or locate the tank. Told me to run a scope it would be $300 and that due to the company being bought out by some national chain I should probably use someone else.”

“They serviced a property of mine in April. In September it seems they have been purchased by another company and they no longer do the “residential” services they used to. Time to fine another company.”

“Wow, this company knows customer service. My septic tank had backed up, I called around 7:20 this morning and received a call back around 7:30. The guys showed up at about 8:45 and I was testing the toilets by 9, that is not an exaggeration. They had put everything back and gone by 9:15. Just phenomenal service that is greatly appreciated. I HIGHLY recommend Mid-South Septic and Plumbing. I'll not use anyone else in the future.”
