“I Had a main line clog. I initially called a different plumber because it was on a Sunday and also over the holiday weekend and Don the Plumber was closed. The other plumber that I called prices were so high, I decided to wait until Monday to call Don the Plumber. On Monday when I called Don the Plumber I spoke with Laura, who is extremely nice and very knowledgeable. She sent Rafael out and he was timely, fast and efficient. He answered all of my questions. Don the Plumber is reasonably priced and not charging an arm and a leg. I felt very comfortable using them. You can tell they are not trying to take advantage of you and not over charging you. I have used them in the past to fix my toilets and at that time Rafael fixed both toilets fast and efficiently. These people know what they are doing from answering the phone to getting the job done.
