“Called Around the Clock at 4:00 pm on Friday afternoon with a clogged grease trap and overflowing issues. They were out in less than 2 hours and solved the issues with a clean out and installing a new screen in the trap pipe. Also took the time to inform my renters not to put a lot of grease down the drain or put wet wipes down the toilet.”

“They came out on homeowner insurance call. Well, first scheduled Thanksgiving. Waiting around for two hours, no show. They came several days after when sent by insurance. Overcharged based on contracted rate. Four days later alarm going off and I need a pump out. They claim to have pumped out system. Also found screws to top in my yard... tanks left covered but not sealed. VERY BAD SERVICE”

“They eventually finished the job but that was at 11pm. I kept being told that “they are on there way”, or “we are just leaving our door”, or “we will be there within the hour.” lPerson answering the phone does not write down any details about the problem your having. She sends the workers to the wrong address in another town. I literally waited 11 hours until they showed up, and here is the clincher, they did have tools or proper replacement parts, and they STILL charged me for “cost of parts that had already been used. I think with some improvement with getting the communication correct and being better prepared, this company could be a company to reckon with in this area. Just don’t over promise guys! Over deliver! I really think they have potential, but when the day comes when they actually make some positive changes, I would definitely change my star rating. But for now, I have to give them an overall 2 Stars.”
