Rendon Septic and Pumping Service

“I thought I would give them a try since they are a small business and thought I would get good service since they have some decent reviews. They came out and I already had the lids off of the tanks. They asked me to pay in advance before they would pump tanks. I thought to myself that didn’t seem right, but I did it anyway. I them what size tank they had on the truck and they told me 1600 gallons. Then I asked what size were the tanks I had and they told 1500 gallons. So they proceeded to pump out the tanks. Then the guy exactly pumping out the tanks hollered at the guy setting in the truck and told him to stop pumping. I asked what the problem was and the guy pumping the tank said that the truck was full and he would to pump some back in into my tanks. I said I thought you had 1600 gallon tank on the truck . AND HERE IS THE REAL KICKER… He told me he would only pump water back into my tanks and no solids. I guess he really thinks that I’m a dumb ass !!! I asked for a discount or if they were going to come back and pump the nasty stuff out that they pumped back into my tanks. I’m SURE YOU KNOW THE ANSWER. ONCE THEY LEFT THEY NEVER CAME BACK. WITH ALL BEING SAID I WOULD NEVER CALL THEM BACK.”

“Spoke with Loretta over a mistake their employees did on the job site. Was constantly being interrupted and spoke to in a combative way when I was just trying to get information on how to address the issue. I would’ve liked the company to do the right thing and fix their mistake or at very least offer a discount on labor to make it right but apparently this business only cares about their bottom line and not about the company’s image or reputation. Anyone looking for septic tank services look elsewhere. This person displayed unprofessional behavior over simple questions and no further action was made in order to help with this situation. This company will not stand by their work and will be hostile when their mistakes are brought up in a respectful manner.”
