He also explained how the septic tank works as well as how to give it proper maintenance in regards to weed and bleach tablets. He cleaned everything. And parts that I did not know could be cleaned. It’s the honesty that makes me want to keep coming back to this company because any other company would’ve said that the parts were broken and that I would need to pay a lot of money to get it fixed. But not with Environmental Construction Services. Their honesty and professionalism makes me want to keep them as long as possible. “This is a very good trustworthy company! We have a contract for aerobic septic system. A recent problem was discovered at 1:15 pm. Call to report problem. Returned call at 1:30. Technician arrived by 2 pm. Problem diagnosed, new part installed, septic working correctly again by 2:20 pm. These people are great.”

“I've used ECS for years and they've always done a great job. I once broke a small part on my compressor. They had a spare one and gave it to me free of charge. Yesterday, Xavier came out and completed a routine inspection. After he was finished I belatedly mentioned a concern I had. He immediately went straight back, opened the system back up, IDed the issue and fixed it. They've done a great job for me over the years and I'm grateful to them.”
