“They came out later than they said they would and charged an exorbitant amount for only pumping one tank and didn’t bother cleaning the sludge out at the bottom. When we followed-up with them on this saying that we still had an issue, they not only ignored our texts but refused to come back out and said they do not do maintenance when they finally did respond. League City Septic is now coming out and pumping out our tank again as well as cleaning it for 1/3 the price that Shamrock charged us.”
