“Very upset at the service my parents received. After running into a problem with the septic not draining, and having them come out to drain the tanks, a leach line leak was discovered. $6k later and a complete mess, I’m just praying that the work they did underground is better than what it looks like from the topside. Didn’t bother to completely remove the old line, just tried to re-bury it, leaving scraps of plastic buried all through the yard and we have grazing animals... making for a lot of work for us to take care of. Completely unacceptable. Would not recommend them to anyone for anything more than just a tank draining.”

“They don’t fix what they say they fixed. When you call they never call back. Have left numerous messages. I have been dealing with the same problem they supposedly fixed since the day after. Since I posted this review there has been a change of ownership. The new owner has vowed to make things right.”

“Set up service for a pump out was a no call jo show the first day left messages with no call backs waiting the next day to see if we were going to be serviced, and it was like we had never scheduled. Waited on hold for over 10 minutes before I just hung up if you dont want the money fine! Other company's are welling and able!”

“This company will leave you stranded even if you have a contract with them. Completely ghosted us for no reason. New company comes out to look at the tanks and let us know that TPS had not been servicing us properly in a while. This is costing thousands in repairs from their negligence. Avoid these people.”

“Impossible to get anyone on the phone. They don't return calls when u leave messages. The technicians pencil whip their inspection forms and clearly spend no time doing the inspection. They list the house as vacant on the form and assume nothing has changed when it's clearly not vacant and everything has changed. I finally gave up trying and came to leave a review and am not at all surprised their rating is so low. Few times in life have I tried so hard to throw money at someone for service.”
