“Had a issue with my washer backing up into my kitchen sink. Called Roto Rooter in dothan at 10am. Appointment was scheduled at 12:30. Dylan showed up on time if not a few minutes earlier. Very nice guy. Explain everything as he was doing it. I was scared of calling a plumber service due high prices that heard from others before this but now they will be the only one I will call for now on. The service was excellent and preformed in a timely manner also the price was decent. Would definitely recommend Dylan to others.”

“Recently called Roto Rooter to have our septic system pumped out. From the initial phone call to the completion of the task, overall, a great bunch of folks to deal with. Scheduling was easy and questions answered. The two guys who came out to our home, Jason and I forget the other gentleman’s name, were polite and professional. Hardest part was digging up the hatches but they didn’t grip or complain. Price was right we’re I was quoted and they put the dirt back in place. I’ve dealt with companies in two different states for cleaning septic systems and Roto Rooter of Dothan are good guys and would not hesitate to use them again.”

“I called for what I thought was a leaky clean-cut drain but when Robert showed up 15 minutes after I called, he quickly told me it wasn't that but a broken pipe. Due to the weather, he couldn't fix it that day but explained everything to me, assured me it wasn't as bad as it sounded, & said he'd be back asap the next day. He was too!! Before 8:00! He was very professional, very nice, & the job was done quickly, neatly, & cost less than what we expected. Highly recommend Robert! We are very happy! Thank you Robert!”
