“Ikard had great prices for a tank for our new build and seemed to be professional. The lady who answers the phone was very nice and apologetic when we had to call (several times), some because of weather delays and some also because of delivery problems. Yesterday the tank delivery was 3 hours late with no contact that they would be late. He didn't get the tank in correctly, now its sitting slanted and halfway in the hole that was dug to their specifications. I called back because it started raining and asked if someone else could come back today and fix it. She told me definitely, and to call in the morning to let her know if it was still too wet to come out. We called shortly after they opened and let them know it would be good today. Its now nearly an hour and a half after their closing time, and they still havent shown up. My husband was told they close at 5 and someone would be out before that, so they could get done. We spent the morning making the pathway to the hole where the tank is safe again, after the driver tore everything up yesterday, and added gravel to prepare for them to come adjust the tank. Now we are out $700 more to rent a machine to move it ourselves tomorrow, thanks to lack of communication. This company may be ok for repairs and pumping, but I certainly wouldn't recommend them. (My husband also had to pull their delivery truck out so the guy didn't flip over, because he refused to drive where my husband told him to).”
