Ended up being a clogged pipe coming from our house to the septic tank. They tried to get it unclogged using the pump on their truck. They weren't able to and they called Reachs Plumbing who came out and got us fixed up in less than an hour. They didnt have to call anyone. It just shows what kind of company they are. And they didnt gouge us with their rates. Highly recommended.”
