“If I could give this company zero stars I would. Called and set up pumping, receptionist wasn't in office (totally understandable) said would call in about 4t min when she was back in the office. She did! So it was great.... until I never got service the week I was supposed to. Talk to her again 2 business days later (there was a Monday holiday so I wanted to give them a little slack) but not only does she want to act like she has no idea who I am, says she barely remembers speaking to me and wants to claim she never called me back that day. So which is it? Do you suck at scheduling? Or do you have that bad of customer service you "don't call people back!?" Either way your company sucks then. And I KNOW FOR A FACT you called me back. I might be busy like all mom's, but I'm not crazy.... and to sit on the phone and say you kind of remember but didn't call me back? Either way you just made your business sound like a joke.”

“I contacted five local businesses that elicited 24 hour service, however I only found one to address my needs. I believe his name was Tyler, he walked me through how to fix my septic issue while we were on the phone. He was super patient and very helpful. He saved me an expensive service call, which he was not obligated to do. He walked me though a few steps that allowed me to fix my clog septic myself while educating me through the guided process. Everyone I spoke to was extremely knowledgeable and very kind. I highly recommend Blue Star Septic to receive five GOLD stars! Thank you for your help!! “I had a pump failure which led to all 3 of my tanks to be FULL. I called blue star and they came out the same morning and pumped me out, ultimate life saver. The gentleman that came to pump me out was above and beyond helpful and educated me in my septic system as im new to all this, even Brian who answered the phone was willing to come out the same day and help me if needed.
