“We have been using Miller's septic for 16 years. I had a question and made a phone call. Spoke to one of the owners. She was a female. Rude as can be all I did was ask a question and after 16 years of service she told me to find a new provider for our septic. I'm surprised they've been in business this long if that's how they treat people that have been working with them for 16 years and just had a simple question that needed answered. Just rude, rude, rude. I just can't get over the rudeness. God bless anybody that deals with them. You never know when she's going to fly off the handle. I guess she's one of those kinds of people. I'd find a company that appreciates your business. God only knows there's people that would be happy to have a consistent business for 16 years. Cockiness will end your business Ms. Miller or whom ever I spoke with. I see this is quite common for this company to tell you find some else for service after reading another review. Maybe this person should be guided on customer service or replaced with some one that cares!”

“Beware of misleading scheduling & lack of customer satisfaction. I was told almost 2 months ago that it would be an 8 week wait list for septic pump. I call today after the full first week in January 2023 and Susan wants to tell me now it is as long as up to 12 weeks for the waitlist, (she told me 8weeks per last conversation) so I’m assuming at least 4 more weeks but still has no timeframe in mind of when my address will be serviced. Please take note that on both conversations then & now she was advising me to seek services somewhere else. I like to support the local community but this company is not the only one around Shrewsbury or York and you can be sure I will take my business elsewhere. A waste of time!”
