“We called Elitte out to service our tank, a tech came out, poked around for 10 min and said he couldn't find the tank. Several days later we got a bill for $175 for the 10-minute trip charge. Then was told it would be $300/hr to put a camera down to find the tank. Doing some research I found another company (Stinky Pinky) that came out, and found the tank in 10 min with no problems, no service fee or trip fee. They only charged to pump. Moral of the story- don't waste your money on this company. They are just out to make money any which way they can.”

“Elite septic is a great company, very impressed with their professionalism! I wanted to replace a septic pump out of concern it would go out and cause damages. They showed up early for their appointment and fixed my alarm. Checked my pump and determined it was functioning properly. The service tech educated me on the process and saved me $1,200. They didn’t even charge me for coming out. I highly recommend this company! I have used other companies in the past and had bad experiences. If your looking for professional work go with them. “Called after hours for emergency service as our septic backed up. Shane called and let me know he was on the way. I did dig up the yard because it was raining, he arrived and was very professional and courteous. Pumped my system out and made sure the sludge at the bottom was gone, I could see the floor of the tank. I've had others come from different companies and Elitte was by far the best. The last company I used did not pump it all out said his truck was full and stated on the receipt he pumped it to the floor when he didn't. I will be calling Elitte for future service if needed.”

“Had both of my toilets backed up yesterday, so I called around to find someone quickly who could take care of this emergency like I need this fixed right now! Elite septic are exceptional, very professional, helpful and courteous! Austin from customer service took my initial call, called me back within 20 minutes to squeeze me in and they came and took care of my septic tank within the hour.! They are very helpful and nice and answered some questions and concerns I had about our septic tank. I was not only relieved to get it done so fast, since other companies where going to make me wait til Monday or Tuesday due to snowy weather there was a wait. Also the rate for cleaning my septic tank was very reasonable. I highly recommend them and appreciate their service! Will be using them from now on. They are upfront with you concerning the cost, so I really don’t understand why there was a negative comment made. Great service!!”
