They continue to leave the trash can in a spot of my son’s driveway in Joelton and makes it hard to pull in and back up. The 3rd picture where it’s in the grass is where it should be. FIX THIX PROBLEM. I’ll be contacting the supervisor when they open this morning. Don’t forget who pays everyone’s salary and it’s not the owner that lives in Shelby Co.”

“**Bad Service, Stinky Pinky Trash - Clarksville** Date: 11/10/2025 When we first got the service it was alright, still under local ownership. However they did make us pick up our own can, but we heard good things. We would go on the FB page to get updates, etc. Communication was alright and trash was getting picked up. I recently had a very frustrating experience with Stinky Pinky Trash in Clarksville. After changing ownership, they increased confusion with billing cycles, including duplicate bills, changing from paying ahead of service to after the fact. I had to tell them multiple times to cancel my service over the past month. Despite informing them to cancel, they continued to pick up my trash and didn’t remove the can from my property. Two weeks ago, called to again attempt to cancel, and they responded by saying I need to pay an outstanding bill of $70ish and warned me they would send it to collections if I didn't pay. I paid the bill, but they still continued trash pickup and refused to cancel the service promptly. When I called today, I explicitly told them I am canceling the service and that I will trash the can myself if they don’t want it. Finally, they assured me they would cancel the service and pick up the can from the street on Wednesday, 11/12/2025. Their poor communication, refusal to cancel promptly, and aggressive collection threats have made this experience very disappointing. Should the can not be picked up, I will be calling again, and I wasn't nice this time, but I will probably be a lot worse next time.”
