“Incredibly dishonest company. They charge $550 to pump a septic system, which is reasonable. However, if you have American home shield, they charge $1050 to do the same work. Now I understand, they do have to do just a touch more work, because they have to send someone out to do a quick check to make sure the septic system needs to be pumped. But sending a guy out to do a 10 minute check when he’s already in the area does not warrant an additional $500 charge for a quarter hour worth of work. let’s be real fair and say they’re worth $100 an hour, and go ahead and pay a minimum charge. If they charged 650 to American home shield, that would make sense. But not almost twice as much. Run away from these people!”

“We have use them for years for sludge hauling from an extended aeration domestic waste water treatment plant and for septic tank pump outs. Never had any issues with these two services.”

“This was not a good experience and I do not feel they are totally honest in their business dealings. Ask yourself how have they been in business this long and only have 3 reviews? The only ones posted are the ones that are good. Beware!!”

“Upcharged almost double what the extremely unpleasant and unprofessional secretary quoted us. When I questioned the price difference I was given conflicting information for the upcharge. Not worth it at all.”
