“We had Miller Septic come to pump out our septic tank yesterday. We chose them because of the quality and number of customer reviews, and are so glad that we did. Miller got us on their schedule quickly [was within 48 hours, but could have been next day except we had other commitments]. The technician, Diamonde, called us 45 minutes before his arrival. He was very knowledgeable, efficient, and friendly. The job was completed in a little over an hour, and at for what I believe to be a very reasonable cost. We plan to call on Miller again in three years. I highly recommend Miller Septic!”

“If you looking for the most honest, timely and exceptional septic company that knows what they doing, look no further! Miller septic is the best one that I’ve encountered in FL state! The moment that I’ve called, I was immediately answered by a very kind person that gathered all the info from me to give me better evaluation on the estimated price. Next day, the owner called me for more accurate information of the location and specification of the septic condition. Jason educated me on the life time of the septic, that I didn’t know and what it takes to keep it working in the best condition. I was very impressed with his knowledge and patience that he demonstrated to show me, in picture ( draft photo) how to secure a new septic from falling sooner that it supposed to. He right away shared with me what he would have done to keep it performing good if he’ll have tenants in his place, as I do, and they always parked their cars on top of the drain field as many times as I’ve asked them not to. That alone, caused the drain field to collapsed and not function the way it supposed to. Just taking his time to educate me on the ways to keep it function properly, and shared with me the actual steps & means to do it, for me it was enough to know that he’s the right person for the job to take on as he really cared so much to explain. Jason did go above & beyond of his professional duty that I was very touched how he really cared! No wonder why this company has so many 5 stars reviews for their outstanding job and customer service that they give! I’ve called many other companies before and none of them took the time to show me in draft, or explained in such great details how to keep a drain filed doing the job at the best way possibly. I highly recommend Miller septic to any body who’s looking for honesty, detail oriented and hard working company to clean or replace their drain field when it’s needed. If I could give them 10 stars rating, I’ll do it in a heartbeat! They definitely deserve the best score for their outstanding performance and sincere caring about people in general. They are absolutely the BEST in my book hands down!!!”

“Unreal. I called in a panic after hours (on Christmas Eve!) because my rental house was needing attention. I called and a Christmas miracle was worked and they fit us in and got my tenants taken care of. By 7:30 (2ish hours after speaking with them) they were done and my tenants were taken care of. Chris, the tech, is amazing and prompt and I couldn’t be more thankful for Miller septic. Will be calling to service our personal property next week. “I was using another company to come and do our septic tank for years and about a week ago I had several family members from out of the country staying in our home. Unfortunately the timing for pumping our septic tank was due and when my family was here, we start having issues with our toilets and everything else in the house. So I called the company that we were using and I told them that it was an emergency so I asked them if they could come to pump our septic since I had family over and they told me that they couldn't until next day. So I started looking into a different company and I found and was very impressed with the Google reviews of Miller septic and let me TELL YOU WHAT A SERVICE!!! First of all I called and spoke with a very nice lady which it was the receptionist(sorry I forgot her name) I explained the situation and she told me that they could squish me in a couple hours. Since my toilets were not working I decided to take my family for breakfast, a few minutes later (not even 30 minutes later) I had a call from Chris one of the drivers that was coming to our home. WOOOOW!!! Now that's what I call SERVICE , SPECIALLY here in Florida! I told him that I was not home and he told me to please not to worry he was going to take care of it. When he was done, he called me and send me pictures and told me what was the issue. He was very polite and very professional at all times. He even put the grass back and right now it looks like nothing happen!!! From now ones I'll be recommending to all my clients, family and friends Miller septic because they did an exceptional job in my house. Thank you, Thank you , Thank you!!!
