β€œThis company is an absolute breath of fresh air. My sump pump went bad on a Monday afternoon (I didn’t know for a fact it was, but I had a feeling it was). I called ZHL Tuesday morning right when they opened and they said they could be out to my house in 1-2 hours! Not only did they show up when they said they would, they also sent a text indicating they were 30 minutes out. Awesome communication! Chris came and pumped my dosing tank and discovered the sump pump was in fact bad and said he had to run to grab another truck with the equipment to replace it. I had a new perfectly operational pump by the end of the day. I’m a naturally curious person and watched and asked all the questions, and Chris answered them all with knowledge and never got annoyed with how many I was asking. I now know more about my septic system than I did a few days ago thanks to him. So much stress taken off my shoulders. I never had to chase them. Wonderful professionalism. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone who needs septic service. Thank you for fixing my septic!” β€” Jenn Watts, ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

β€œBuyer beware. Broke my irrigation system and wouldn’t fix it (cost $1,000 to fix), bait and switch on price (quoted $15k wound up being over $20k), and when there was a flowing problem they charged me an extra $300 to fix it. DON’T USE these guys. In regards to their response, Ross said I would need a dosing tank, because I would be too close to the water table to go deep enough for a gravity fed system. The system that was in place was gravity fed, and worked until it got old and there was biomass built up in the drain field. The old system was a few decades old. Ross also said I was only 12” above the water table citing the wet topsoil. I pointed out to him that it had just rained the night before so of course the topsoil was going to be wet/saturated. I also pointed out to note the soil for the hole he dug for the new septic was wet for about the first 12”. After that it was dry the rest of the approximately 8ft or so that he dug. The point is Ross bid the job about $5,000+ less than the other 3 bids I received. However, after all the add-ons wound up being the same price as the other companies (if not a little more). I shouldn’t have told him I had other bids. That incentivized him to come in low, then hit me with the additional costs citing the permitting office. As for β€œreinstalling and preserving my landscaping” goes see the photos.” β€” Abdul El-Zarif, ⭐
β€œI was so glad to find Grants plumbing. A family run business, Professional,High Morals , Honest and dedicated to doing the job right. I needed a drain field and a septic tank lid replaced. I had a lot of bushes in the way. I will post pictures. They removed the bushes for me to another part of the yard, they did an excellent job installing the drain field and a new septic tank lid ,that can be pumped out without having to dig up six feet of the yard .They leveled the yard back off and planeted grass seeds. I am sure in a couple of months it will look just as good as new. They were extremely fair on their pricing. The other 3 companies I called never even came out and looked at it.They just gave me an estimate over the phone. Grant plumbing pumped out the septic tank then , thoroughly inspected it. They did soil samples on different parts of the ground. pulled all the proper permits and did everything by the book. You cannot go wrong hiring this company.” β€” Gregory Critzer, ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

He walked me through every step, did all the proper testing, and saved me $8,000 by replacing just the blower fan instead of selling me a new AC. They even came in $400 cheaper than my last company and spent over two hours making sure everything was right. The supervisor dropped off the part on a Friday just to get us taken care of. Honest, reliable, and truly go above and beyond β€” highly recommend!” β€” Jenny, ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
β€œThere should be an option to leave Zero stars. A year ago they installed a brand new septic system for us and it doesnt work. Stopped working in less than 90 days after being installed. They speak to you as if you are stupid and have no idea what you are talking about. Claim we destroyed it using too much water and we never went over what was allowed. They now think we are going to pay over 20 grand for them to do this to us again, but thats not gonna happen. I dont usually do bad reviews, but this was necessary to let people know who these people are and what they are capable of. Fraudulent activities and theft. They took our money and left us with nothing. I won't stop until everyone in the area is warned!!!! Im ashamed that we thought they were so nice that we referred many others to them. Now I have to apologize to any that may have used them. If you are looking to use them please dont put yourself or your family through the stress. Just an added note- we were told that someone would get in touch with us the following day and we never got a call. I called on Monday just to see if the office was open and it was. I asked for a phone call from you and I was told you would call, but never received a call. Buddy is who I spoke to. I have tried reaching out today, but was only able to leave a message. Also in response to when you guys came out in April- we were never told that anything further needed to be done. No one has tried to contact us by phone or email. I will assure you we would have answered. I would love to speak with you. I felt pushed to make this review because of the way it was being handled. I strongly suggest that you guys record your calls. If you are recording them I urge you to please listen to them. We have been told by 3 different individuals that work for you that we will be responsible for the cost. We only called for 2nd opinions after being told that.” β€” Tammy Foxworth, ⭐

β€œI hired this company to replace my dosing tank. While they were quick to respond, I ran into an issue when their subcontractors cut the alarm for my tank, purely for convenience. Initially, they tried to charge me for the repair, which I found unacceptable since it was working fine beforehand. Eventually, they agreed that I didn’t need to pay the remaining balance until the alarm was fixed. However, when a worker came to fix it, he said he couldn't due to wet ground from heavy rain the day before. The next morning, I woke up to find that my card had been charged for the remaining balance anyway, which felt extremely shady. In the end, the alarm was fixed, but another issue arose. Their invoice states they aren’t responsible for landscaping, which is understandable, but it also states the ground would be raked and seeded. I reached out to confirm this, yet received no response. Overall, the lack of professionalism and poor communication made this a frustrating experience. While the job was eventually completed, I wouldn’t recommend them due to the unnecessary hassle and lack of accountability. Picture is how my land was left after repairs.” β€” Suzie, ⭐⭐

I admit I had called another company based on a friends recommendation and they never showed nor had the courtesy to call. Being first in the phone book (AA Septic Tank) doesn't mean they are the best. Call Tillmans, you will not be disappointed. On a separate note, Mark is a gentle giant...I had a family of birds hatch on my screened in porch and one got out and Mark stopped what he was doing to rescue the tiny bird and bring it back to the nest on my porch. I was genuinely touched by his gentle and caring spirit.” β€” Lily Young, ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
