“Mr. Johnny solved my homes overlooked problem with underground septic tank with his expert assessment, recommendations for repair, and future expansion of my septic system. My system was put in 1968. Johnny explained the proper maintenance and updates I needed to, be aware of, in order to comply with current regulations to ensure functionality and longevity. I could not remember under which slab of concrete outside of my porch the entry cover was located, but Mr. Johnny found it and I was easily able to clear the area for him to place his hoses and cleaning equipment. “Whitt’s Septic was amazing! I called (at night during a horrible storm) because my toilets were bubbling and my shower was backing up! My septic system has always been maintained by them but this was an emergency! I understood they couldn’t come right then but they made sure to put me first on the list the very next morning. “I had ASAP Advanced Septic and Drainage replace my drain field in December 2025. They were very easy to work with and kept me updated throughout the process. It took longer to go through the permitting process than to actually do the work. They arrived on a Monday and removed the old drain field and prepared the pit. Tuesday they completely replaced all the sand and installed the new drain field. They spent a lot of time using their laser level to make sure everything was on exactly the correct incline for the fluid to travel down the field. I always thought this was easy, just bury some pipes with holes in it. Nope, this stuff is a science and you need someone that knows exactly what they are doing. ASAP people were absolute PROs! Wednesday it got inspected, passed without incident, and they covered it up, graded the mound to look nice, planted grass seed and covered it with hay. Done in three days. I waited a week before writing my review, just to make sure everything is good, and it is. No more problems. The grass has even come up already, in a month you will not be able tell anything ever happened in the yard. Their prices for this service was reasonable, about middle of the quotes I received. Do yourself a favor, pay that little extra for the quality instead of taking the cheapest bid.
