“Very satisfied with the service from Ted’s Septic Tank! Called them to replace home septic tank lift station pump. Though alarm worked, no way of knowing if the pump was truly bad without opening the tank. Original installation was not professional… In addition to bad pump, found that the connection to pump was down in the tank almost out of reach, wires were run out over the top of the riser getting pinched by the cover, and wires back to the alarm were buried without conduit. Jake from Ted’s did a very professional job fixing all of the problems. He ran conduit from the tank opening back to alarm so that all wires were protected. In addition to adding the conduit and replacing the pump he rerouted the pump discharge pipe so that it was easier to access, and I had him replace the alarm with one that shows if the pump is running. All done for a reasonable price. I highly recommend Ted’s Septic Tank for septic tank and lift station service and repair.”
