“First call to First Call. Been in Longwood for 30 years and used multiple septic services. This was our best experience so far. Called late Monday (after hours) and got an appointment for Tuesday morning. Their communication was excellent. Brad is hardworking, very courteous, and knowledgeable. He went above and beyond expectations. He recognized an issue, we didn’t know we had, immediately, and helped us remedy the issue left behind by other companies. I’ll spare you from the photos.
