“I called Oconee Septic after basically being blown off by Plumber Pro. Neil Boss, the owner of Oconee Septic, went beyond my expectations. He told me more in one phone call than I had been told by two other businesses, combined. He made it a point to contact me and communicate multiple times, which, shows a respect for his customer and his business. He made time for me. When he discovered the issue, it wasn't a job that he did. He then made arrangements with another business, Oconee Plumbing, to come out and get the job done. And they did and I am completely amazed at their professionalism. My recommendation is to by-pass these large companies and put your trust, money and heart into your local people like Oconee Septic and Oconee Plumbing. I know I will.”
