“Unprofessional and Incomplete Service — Avoid This Company This septic company was hired for a routine job, but it turned into a frustrating and costly experience. They charged full price yet didn’t complete the job correctly. Despite being “professionals,” they struggled to locate our septic tank and were completely uninformed about its setup. The technician did drain one part of the system, but he mentioned something didn’t seem right before leaving — without figuring out the real problem. After they left, we started experiencing severe issues: sewage backed up into our sinks and bathtubs, and the smell became unbearable. It turns out our septic system has two fill boxes, but they only drained one, leaving the other full and causing the backup. When we contacted them to fix their oversight, they refused to take responsibility and demanded additional payment to return.
