I called early that morning when I thought they were open 1st no answer, and then within 20 minutes later I got a call from the Owner! She apologized for not answering sooner, I did not know that they were on vacation in Hawaii💕🤷🏽‍♂️ she was very polite and sent someone to my house immediately, I thank his name was Steward that man was amazing 😃 he probed my yard and found every drain field septic tank and flagged marked so I would know where everything was, the owner called back to make sure I was completely satisfied! If I could give them 10 ⭐️ stars I would😇 you can trust this company to do it right their customer service is some of the best i have seen. Side note : who calls back to check on their customers especially when they are on vacation in Hawaii 🌴 Carolina Septic does !”

“Called to have my septic tank pumped. Jay showed up and looked at my tank. Said I needed a new tank and charged $275 for an inspection that I didn't request. Talking about he saved me some money. The pump cost was $325 so he saved me $50 to do absolutely nothing. I DO NOT RECOMMEND this company. Total waste of time and money.”
