“Called on a Monday morning, and they sent guys out as soon as they could to fix the issue. I called Around for quotes prior to actually getting them out, and they had the best price. Very professional company. Will use them again if any other issues come up.”

“I got a drain field put in February 2023 ! Since they have did the work, my yard has been a mess ! Can’t even park ! I have been patient and reaching out every-time it looks like this. They did bring me some clay sand once which was a mess as well but this did not solve the issue ! I am sick of tired of people charging a whole lot of money just to not do a good job! Now I may have to bring in a whole mother crew to fix issue and that will cost more money !”

“Had this company come out to pump out our septic tank a week ago because it was full. I dug it up so it would be easier for them to access; after they "finished" they never covered it back up. Less than a week later tank is back full and the excuse from the employees is that it wasn't covered and rain has filled it up. But it hasn't rain since they pumped it out the first time. I called and told the Owner niece Shelby that it was full and wasn't expecting a bill for them to come back out. She stated she has problems with the employees and was sorry and would have someone to come out the next day and get it resolved. As soon as they finished I received a $300 invoice which I told before hand that I wasn't expecting. I called Shelby and reminded her of what we talked about and she kept stating that they always charge to get the septic tanks pumped out. But in my mind I didn't expect a bill after our previous conversation. I asked for it to be covered back this time and they put a plastic bag that I provided over the lid and put a small amount of dirt on tip and left while still not completely covered as you see in this photo.”

“Called on Monday 5/12 to have them come out to my 76yr old father's house to look at an an extremely slow draining toilet. (He only has one, so it's kind of important) They came out relatively quickly and found that his septic tank needed to be emptied. Scheduled it for the next day. The next day waited until 12:30. No one had called to say they were coming, so I called and was told we were the next house to be done. Waited until 4 o’clock called and got the answering service, was told someone would call me back ASAP. At 5 o’clock I called back again, got the answering service was told by the supervisor at the answering service that Mike Prosser would call me back. At 6 o’clock I called back got the answering service. Told them to cancel our services we would be calling someone else the next day. At 6:15 someone called and said they were on the way to pump out the tank. I told him the service had been canceled and he said "that's fine he was busy anyway" ETA: About 10 minutes after the guy that was “too busy” called I got a call from Mike Prosser wanting to know how he could fix the situation. Long story short they came out and did good work. The whole situation could have been avoided with better communication from the business, both to the customer and apparently to their employees because according to the guys that came out they didn’t know they were supposed to be here earlier in the day.”
