“These people are honest and have integrity! After seeing a billboard from another company that was supposedly veteran owned and operated and gave veteran and senior discounts. We called around and ended up asked the company with the pretty billboard to come out as they had the lowest price. Said company did come out and after pulling the top off our septic tank said basically it would be about 5 times the quoted price. We declined and they did put everything back. We called around again and many said "You do not need to tell me who came out and told you that you needed all this." and asked for recommendations and called Crocker's. The owner was VERY nice, gave a price and there were no extras unless there was serious problem and said from what we described it did not appear to need what the other company said and told us he was 2 weeks out if we could be patient. About 2 weeks or so they did come out, cleaned the tank, checked our system and we were fine. Dwayne explained to us how a septic systems works and said our was just fine. He is also on a state for wastewater and sewage (forget the name, but I did check it). The people there and Dwayne were courteous, honest and did their job well. My advice is to go to these people first. Honesty and integrity go a further than a fancy billboard, "veteran and senior discounts," and a fancy painted truck. You may have to wait BUT, you will be assured of honest and fair price and good job.”

“This company is absolutely phenomenal! Took care of emptying my septic tank with no issues. He came early and finished early. The cost was very reasonable. If we had more companies like this in Warner Robins people would pick up and move here just for the ease and hassle free dutifulness of our small businesses. Thank you so much.”

“We called this company to look at a problem we had near our septic drain field. The owner said he couldn't do anything until we had a repair permit from Houston County Health Department. He would not even come look at the situation to determine if a repair was even needed or if it was a maintenance issue. The health department charged $175 for the permit and came out to assess the situation. They said the septic field likely needed to be replaced and they would issue a permit in 3-5 business days. Since we thought this was going to be a major project, we called three companies, including this one, and asked them to come out to give a bid for drain field replacement while we waited for the permit. Once again, he refused to come over until the permit was issued. Another company came to bid and he decided to dig down and open the distribution box to get a better idea of the problem. He asked if he could try to clear the lines thinking there was a simple clog somewhere. I let him do it and after a few minutes he had everything working as it should. He said the permit was not required for maintenance and clearing a clog is only maintenance, not a repair. I paid him for his service and decided to let him clean the tank out since it had been a few years since the last cleaning. Because of Crocker's insistence on getting a permit, we unnecessarily spent $175 for a unneeded permit and it nearly cost us a few thousand dollars if it weren't for an honest man willing to literally dig a little deeper and discover a simple problem. I can't recommend Crocker. Look elsewhere for septic service before calling the health department or this company.”
