“I recently had the pleasure of working with Kitchens and Young for a water issue at my home, and I appreciate the work they did. Here's what stood out about their service: -Swift response: They arrived the very next morning to assess my well's no water issue. -Expert advice: They advised me to turn off the water heater while the well was not working, which I had not thought of and was truly appreciated. -Free on-site visit: Unlike another local company that quoted me $130.00 to come out and provide an estimate, Kitchens and Young didn't charge me for the visit. -Speedy installation: They were able to install the necessary parts the day after quoting, which was a pleasant surprise as I didn't have to wait for any shipments. -Knowledgeable staff: I asked several questions during the process, and they were able to provide detailed answers (e.g., static level of water, depth of the pump). -Attention to detail: They cleaned up the connections, pipes, and fittings, ensuring everything was in order before leaving (I purchased the house 2.5 years ago and the connections were a mess). -Warranty: They provided a warranty on the products used, giving me peace of mind. However, the warranty provided for the products used in the service was handwritten on the invoice (which is hard to read). Overall, my experience with Kitchens and Young was great (my water pressure is better than what I had!), and I would highly recommend them to anyone in need of prompt and reliable service.”

“Back in February, I lost pressure in the house and called around to so many different places, most of them not coming out to my location because I live out in the sticks. Called Kitchens and Young around 430 in the afternoon, he got my address and said he'd be there first thing in the morning. Sure enough, bright and early, 8am, he showed up. Found out the issue and replaced it. Have not had an issue. This morning, I noticed there was a water coming up from right where my well was. Having a great experience from K&Y before, I called them right up. They came out a short time later, found the burst pipe next to the well, fixed it right up! Each time they are SUPER nice and they remembered me from the first time I called! 10/10 would recommend AND they are great on their prices and service!”
