“This is by far the best septic tank service we have had since moving to the area. The last time our tank was serviced, the technician did not perform all the steps Robert did or even clean the filter. Since this is our first time having a septic tank, we did not know the last service was not done properly. As a result, we ended up with a clogged filter over the weekend. Robert tried to help by troubleshooting over the phone. But, ended up coming out even though he was not feeling his best.
