“Called Snyder after talking to a couple of other companies who gave me quotes for a new septic over the phone without seeing the property. This is my first property with septic and I'm building a guest house out of a barn and need a new tank. Carolyn explained the process over the phone. Permits needed, steps to be taken, etc. She took her time and after a long conversation told me to call more people and get prices. No way. I'm sticking with Snyder. Had my existing tank serviced with them a couple of weeks ago. They did a great job at a great price. Everything was explained every step of the way. Bruce is extremely professional and delivers quality service. I wish they worked on more things so I could hire them again!”

“Only giving this company 5 stars because 6 isn't an option. Caroline and Bruce went ABOVE AND BEYOND to replace the Grease Interceptor for our business. Bruce was even able to temporarily repair the current unit until the new one arrived. Without their quick response and action we would have had to shut our kitchen down.
