“Mr. Seste was very attentive to our requests and quick to reply to an email or call. I thought the work would take a few days but they were in and out quickly and same day. The guys left our yard looking, if I am honest, better than before they came out. Yes, we have to wait for the grass to grow back but hey, our yard is now level and looks great! Not only that, out of 3 companies I contacted, they were hands down the best rate. They were roughly $1000 lower than the others. Polite and professional, and I would recommend them to anyone who needs septic serivce. Mr. Seste - you are the best!!!!”

“Waited 2 days for service they never showed up 1st day truck broke down supposedly they never called me or text me to let me know 2nd day they asked me if I still wanted the service I said yes they said will be there 20 to 30 mnts they never came I texted them told them to cancel the service because I was tired of waiting I had to call somebody else next day he was there first thing in the morning what a difference”

“I called and made reservation for a potty for March 2nd and no one called me to let me know you wouldn't deliver it, I use this company for all of my events. Unprofessional service.”

“I tried to get them to pump my septic tank. I called and they set me up two days later to get the tank pumped. No one came and I called. They said he had a funeral. I then asked if he could come first thing in the morning. Next day, no show. They gave me the guys phone number. I called, he asked for my information by text, I sent it, and he said he could come in the afternoon. Well, it got to be 3:30 and no show. I texted him a couple times earlier, no response so I texted him “ don’t bother coming.” I found someone else who will be here in the morning. I call the main office and told them what happened and they only said they were sorry. I normally don’t write negative reviews but this was very unprofessional -”
