“Bob has a remarkable blend of professionalism, personability, and customer service! Before purchasing a home with a septic system, I called him a couple times to ask some silly first time home owner questions and he answered all of them and said to call back any time if I had more questions come up. I had him come out to pump the tank and replace the lid. He fit me in within a week and was very efficient and thorough. He gave me an honest report of the state of the septic system and made some recommendations on how to maintain it. He even went so far as to go out and come back with a bag of salt to mitigate some small tree roots getting into the tank - free of charge! I HIGHLY recommend D. Cole and Son to anyone with a septic system in the area they service.”

“These guys are great. 4th generation family business training the 5th generation. We found them several years ago when we moved to the area and wouldn't use anyone else. Many people don't realize (and neither did I) that your septic outlet filter benefits from an annual cleaning and inspection. Honestly, it's not something I remember nor want to do. Talked with Bob and it, and now he comes out every year for a reasonable fee and inspects my tank and cleans my filter. Very much appreciated additional service! Highly recommend!”
