“The guy that owns and operates this business is amazing. The toilets started backing up late last night (new years eve) in a house we just bought a few months ago. He could have charged us anything but his fee was fair and reasonable. I gave a good tip, but I'm sure it wasn't enough to make up for his lost day off.
