“I can't say enough how pleased we were with our experience. We have never had a septic system before so had no idea what we needed to do. I spoke with Candace on the phone, and she was so friendly and took her time explaining so much to me. She made me feel important and not in a hurry to just make the sale. We had a septic emergency and needed it pumped that day, and sure enough they worked us in. The men that came out were super nice and very informative to my husband as well. “Seen their ad online and decided to call to get a quote just out of curiosity. I was shocked when I was told that their pumping price started at $450 for a standard size 1000 gallon residential tank. Questioned price and was told that fuel prices went up. Decided to read some reviews afterwards here and it appears that the price was $350 last year according to another review here. I am aware that fuel went up but I think a $100 increase in their charges are somewhat too much adjustment. Called my usual company and their fuel adjustment price was only $50. I ended up getting the same service done for $200 less.”

“I scheduled an appointment for a septic tank pumping and it was scheduled for a Wednesday. They were able to get me on Tuesday instead, which was AWESOME because I needed it badly!
