“If I could give zero stars, I would. They did the pump on my house when I bought it eight months ago. Today I had another company come out because we have been backing up. I had the other company come due to the terrible customer service I received on the phone yesterday. This lady sounded like she would rather be doing anything than helping me and basically yelled at me about an appointment. Fast-forward to today, I find out that Abel only pumped 1/2 of my tank, causing it to back up. The other half was never touched. I am beyond furious Update: Becca , whoever that is, called and was mad I left a review. I explained the issue. Or attempted to as she was talking over me the whole time. I was hung up on so I called back. She swore they dumped waste so it was done . I explained they didn’t touch an entire side and she just yelled over me and stated they did the job. They did a HALF JOB. Please steer far away from this awful company and their worse attitude. I’m happy to recommend a great company who cares and fixed what able just negligently didn’t do. “I can't say enough positive things about my experience with Able Septic Tank Service. They were friendly and helpful on the phone, and scheduled me quickly. The guys who came out to pump my tank were clearly knowledgeable and friendly, and answered all my questions. I feel much better knowing the ins and outs of my septic system. The price was considerably less than i expected, so I'd recommend Able to everybody.”

“Beware! Very bad customer experience. I had an appt. with Able Septic to pump out my tank. They arrived and told me they would not do the job because the access cap was more than 2 feet deep, and they sited OSHA rules as the reason. But there are no OSHA rules around digging holes less than 5 feet deep, my cap is at 3 feet, so they basically lied to me. I can only think the team just did not want to do the work on a hot afternoon, even though they have pumped out the tank many times before and did not inform me of any depth issues when the appt. was made 3 weeks ago. Extreme customer inconvenience and dissatisfaction. I did call 3 other companies and all said there were no issues with hand digging out to the access cap and that there were no OSHA rules to prevent that.”
