They were able to fit us in today which is incredible! BJ is the one I spoke to to make an appointment. I believe he is the owner. He came highly recommended by so many neighbors! He was very clear with all of the information. He was thorough and matter of fact with everything I needed to know and be ready for. TJ & JB came out today. They called ahead when they were on their way which was nice. On time. They were quick, thorough, so friendly! Very patient with my questions and helped us understand some things as first time septic users. :) It was really the amount of people who either have personal relationships with the owner of the company but even more so the trust and outspokenness of all of our neighbors in a huge neighborhood that have used them and loved their price and quality of work. 🙏 What a great experience!
